After frantically looking around for a last-minute antigen test for US travel (my oversight for not knowing the requirements), I was referred to these guys by YVR.

My flight was scheduled for 7:13AM in the US Departures terminal. Got a 5:05AM appointment the night before, showed up at 4AM, and was 2nd in line. We asked the attendant if they could open earlier as we're anxious about making our flights, and they were kind enough to oblige. Got the nose tickle at 4:50AM, results in my email at 5:15AM.

Obviously, it's preferable to get tested the day before your flight, and not have the crippling anxiety of testing and catching a flight the same day. But if you're in a bind, these guys are OK.

There was no line on Sunday. Probably Sundays are better than weekdays. Quick and convenient.

At the time of this writing 12/2021, CMV offers the cheapest asymptomatic COVID rapid antigen testing in Vancouver. At $79/test before tax, most places were charging $125-175. They were quick and efficient, took about 30 minutes total from registration til the results are in your hands.
