Been going to BB for a bit over a year now and I have been loving it; the trainers are amazing and know what they're doing. They motivate you and push you to do better which is a huge plus! If you are looking to start your fitness journey, I would definitely recommend this training centre!
I have been training with Julianne for some time now. She has been a great trainer and mentor. We worked together on my health goals. I had issues with my liver for past some time and those are gone now. My family doctor has congratulated me numerous times as she had never seen such a fast recovery. Thanks to Julianne!!

Betterbody Fitness is such a positive and fun environment to work out in! The staff consists of amazing ladies who are so supportive and encouraging of your fitness goals. Since joining the Betterbody family, I can definitely say that I wouldn't choose anywhere else to work out. The atmosphere is so upbeat and the staff is incredibly motivating. They offer a wide range of classes and the staff works hard to accommodate each person's individual needs. I would highly recommend Betterbody Fitness for anyone who is looking for a fun way to work out!
I have been working out at Betterbody Fitness for many years now. It's a great place with great staff who help you achieve your fitness goals. The class schedules are awesome. I have tried out pretty much all the classes and they are all fun and challenging. Once you start working out here you don't want to workout elsewhere. I love this place and cannot imagine my life without it.
Great place to get in shape. Positive and upbeat trainers that can push you to achieve reasonable goals! Group workouts are great and take away the dreaded ‘having to think or plan’ what your training should be for the day/week.
