“Hiring Blue Petal Weddings (BPW) was one of the best decisions we made for our South Asian destination wedding in Cancun, MX. Our wedding planner, Sheema, was a godsend -- always patient, thorough, and understanding. No matter the time of day, she would reply to emails and messages. Over the course of the year, she became more than our wedding planner, she became a friend. Pam, the owner of BPW, handled logistics. She made sure that every guest had a shuttle to / from the airport and that as much as possible, VIPs were located near one another at the resort. For instance, she made sure our photographer and videographer were near our rooms so they didn’t have to travel far with their equipment, especially on days that started before sunrise (!!). On the ground, the BPW team went above and beyond. The night before our wedding, we were informed that our beachside venue might be rained out. Sheema was messaging me backup venue options until well past midnight, because she knew how important it was for me to have a wedding location that fit a particular aesthetic and complemented the decor. She ultimately secured a terrace overlooking the ocean, and it was absolutely perfect!! The BPW team is incredible and they genuinely care. They love what they do and want to make sure that their clients truly have a once in a lifetime weekend. “i had a routine fire place servicing scheduled for oct17/20-communication poor between office staff, dispatcher and the technicians; i spoke with office & staff-made 3 requests 4 an approximate time of arrival of tech-i was always told tech would call me back-didn't happen; tech arrived at 5:30pm-told me i was scheduled for between 5 & 6-he was unaware that he should call me; fazid, the tech, was great; courteous-removed shoes without prompting; professional-explained what exactly he'd be doing in my servicing before starting; polite-apologized for arrival time confusion, despite this wasn't his fault & also apologized that his vacuum would be loud; over all, i ill use angels heating again, as the rate is good-i really want fazid to service my fireplace in future”

From our window dimensions and product description the company provided a ball park estimate that we wished to follow up on. They came out measured, confirmed the product and the a week later the installer arrived with the blinds ready to install.
