(November 8, 2018, 10:42 am)Tak and his family put their heart and soul into this nursery, and it shows. Their hospitality and customer service is top notch along with above par knowledge. Following earning a degree in horticulture, Tak Yamaura pursued a bonsai apprenticeship with Japan's leading Saikei master, Toshio Kawamoto. With his career starting in the 60s and spanning Japan to Canada Tak is widely considered Canada's leading bonsai professional. The quality of both plant material and supplies is absolutely some of Canada's, if not North Americas best. For the bonsai beginner, novice or professional, Taks Bonsai Floral Gardens will not disappoint.
