Great place, excellent service. Amazing experience with salon and the Stylist (Makiah). Great work! Will be visiting caramel salon again and recommend it for everyone.

This place is excellent! The staffs are professional and friendly! I’ve had my wedding Chinese tea ceremony hair done by the stylist Heidi and she did a wonderful job! The service here is great —I’ve always been greeted politely with an offer of coffee or tea. The salon is clean and modern looking. The average length of my haircuts (trim and layering) has been 1.5 hrs. If you aren’t in a hurry, I’d definitely recommend this place!

I went to the salon for the first time about 2 weeks ago and it was awesome. I saw Tiffany and she did a wicked job.

I have gone to the same stylist for 16 years but was not getting what I wanted and was at the point of making a change but nervous, Tiffany was reassuring that I would be happy.

Tiffany got it first sitting, she listened to exactly what I wanted and the results came out perfectly.

Highly recommend Tiffany, I will be going to her from now on I have already passed her name on.

I have been going to this hair Salon for 8+ years. Everyone is always welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. I’m lucky to have Tiffany as my stylist. She brings her “A” game every time I see her. Her talent is unbelievable. When I struggled with hair loss after my first child, she was there to support me and Help with new styles to make my hair look great. We have been on a hair journey and it only gets better. She just coloured my hair a golden rose , and it’s out of this world! I always feel beautiful leaving the salon!

I always have the most pleasant experience at caramel hair salon!! From the moment I walk in I feel a welcoming “homey” vibe. The ladies at reception always offer me a beverage and make sure I am comfortable. All of the stylists are easy to talk to and do an exceptional job. Tiffany (my hair dresser) is confident in what she does and I never doubt I’ll leave there looking better then when I walked in!!
