Outstanding experience, from initial orientation, to the current ongoing care for my father.

Excellent 24 hour care for my out of town surgery. Care at Home Services provided a pickup service from the surgery center to my hotel and picked up my medications. While I recovered the nurses kept my medication on track and monitored my health. I would recommend their professional services to anyone. A 5 star company.

Its not just about the quality of the Licensed Nurses and the Registered Care Aids that care for me. Its about the owner and her office staff hearing me. I suffered 3 bad car crashes and need very high level medical, emotional and understanding support. My nurses need the x factor and the owner and her team go the extra mile to make sure I have continuity of care. my Dr wants me to have super skilled professional LPN Sukhdeep as primary carer and immensely talented LPN Navi as secondary and these guys fulfilled it.
What agencies actually hear their clients like that? I am an ICBC client and know that this homecare agency puts my health and well being first. They have NEVER let me down or compromised my care.
Trust them and you wont be sorry...just talk to them... Christine is my consultant here and checks in when ever I want and Lead manager Tracey is here and available in person or by phone anytime.
I have no complaints and am grateful to them for keeping me alive.
