This business helped me out when nobody else was able to! I lost the only set of keys to my car and they were willing to drive to North Vancouver from Surrey the next morning to create a new key and fob for me. Not only were they the only ones willing to help me in a timely manner with this difficult task, but they did it for a super reasonable price. The Volkswagen dealership was the only competitor willing to do the job (and I called many locksmiths!) but it was going to take them over one week and would cost significantly more...

I'll only go out of my way to leave a business a review if it is really well deserved, these guys were super helpful.

I lost my car keys up in Grouse mountain and when I called dealerships they were quoting me $600+ for a replacement. Century Locksmith had much more reasonable pricing. Even though someone on the mountain ended up finding our keys, from our brief interaction, we could tell they are very service-oriented and care deeply about their customers. You can tell they take their reputation seriously by how eager they were to resolve the issue with the bad reviewer below. 6 keys and willing to provide a full refund? That's not a bribe, that's excellent customer service!

I called as I needed to get a duplicate Key. Our keys had been stolen, then one of our vehicles was stolen... it was a nightmare. Not only did Century Locksmith make me a duplicate car key for a fair price but they also reprogrammed the keys so the key that was stolen would no longer work in my vehicle. I can confirm that they offer the best prices in the area for duplicate key cutting. Endless thank yous' to this gentleman and company.
