Crescent Gardens has a very pleasant ambiance, a beautiful courtyard, friendly staff and many residents who contribute to our daily activities. The staff are very attentive tot he residents needs and seem to enjoy their jobs. It is heartwarming to see the girls at the front desk great residents with hugs as they arrive or leave.

I appreciate being able to choose from the many activities offered regularly eg. exercises, brain games, knotting and card games as well as the entertainment provided twice weekly. Our program director is providing many extras to fill our day.

We are fortunate to have many choices on our weekly menus and to be served by cheerful and thoughtful dining room staff.
We are also fortunate to have help with housekeeping, maintenance and health care if needed.

All in all, Crescent Gardens is a great place to call home.

Frankly when I first accepted the challenge of moving from my lovely home to a small suite at Crescent Gardens, it was with much uncertainty. However from my very first day the staff and residents made me feel much more positive about my move.
As time went by the very friendly attitude of the staff transpired into a family setting. I refer to them as my Friends. We share our grief and happy times.

As one of our Resident Artists on site, I have been thankful for the support I have received from our Programme Managers, Barb and Cassandra. They have each organized "one man shows" for me on site, their encouragement has been appreciated.

I am happy here at Crescent Gardens, through the Love and Companionship of our wonderful staff and residents, Crescent Gardens has become my New Home Away From Home, and I thank you!

I have lived here for 7.5 years and I have no intention of moving any where, which says that life here is pretty good.
The girls at the front desk are a joy every day and are always there to help with a smile. The meals are good.
We have a great group of volunteers so that the many programs are consistently well staffed. The service is good from nursing to maintenance and food service, and to the bus shuttle service and all things in between.
We are also blessed with a beautiful building.

We moved to Crescent Gardens on October 12, 2018. It is not easy to leave ones home but we were warmly welcomed by all staff members. We have been so kindly treated by all, meals pleasantly delivered when we were ill. The dining room servers go out of their way to ensure we are enjoying our meals. We have found the staff to be willing to listen and to offer help when required.

As I walked into Crescent Gardens I could feel a very warm and cozy atmosphere. So many comfortable arm chairs...The lovely fireplace...The piano...The view of the lovely flower garden. I was then met by a very pleasant desk clerk who was anxious to see I was looked after. I noticed all the people around the area looked so relaxed. First impressions count! I was shown to a suite which I immediately liked - It has everything you would need, so I took it.

I did not make a mistake. There is a lovely large dining room, overlooking the gardens. You get a variety of meals each day, and they are served by the nicest and warmest of waitresses. (Nothing is too much trouble).

At Christmas time and St. Patricks Day the lounge is full of lovely decorations and I am sure the remaining holidays will be too. Above all, the staff are so warm and helpful. I feel "at home".
