This Choices Market offers a wide variety of educational seminars. Having attended an ethnic cooking class with a professional chef, they brought in to do the cooking demonstration, together with a holistic nutritionist being available to provide all of the ingredient nutritional information it was extremely informative. The second was a nutritional Workshop focusing on prevention, hosted by the holistic nutritionist, it was inspiring and realistic concrete information provided. Thanks and I'm glad I will benefit from this information.....

Great selection of healthy foods. Lots of organics and environmentally friendly products. A little pricey but in line with other healthy grocers. Can find options for gluten-free, corn-free and vegan.
