Nail work is great. Fellow customers I talked to last time I was there agreed that it was kind of disrespectful for the attendants/beauticians to be chatting away in their own language and laughing while providing services to different customers.

Very dirty place. Like most people, I get my nails done regularly at lots of places and expect a general level of service and cleanliness. I've had one experience of truly terrible service here and the place is just grungy, despite being in a fairly new complex.
Updated May 2019: As this salon is so close to home I have found myself going back despite my initial impression. Overall, I think my one bad customer service encounter was an exception to the rule as I've had good service since then. I felt it was the right thing to do to not leave a terrible review out there when my impression has changed. Sometimes the attention to detail on my fills/shellac is not first class, but I've been happy with the results for the price.
