  this is my favourite bakery. i have been coming here for years, even before i moved to white rock. they have the best selection of breads, sweets desserts. the staff are always friendly, and prices are very fair for the quality you get. i only wish they could slice the ginormas sour dough loaf they have....

  They had one person serving I was still looking and so l let the next person go ahead of me.
  When I was ready there were all of a sudden 3 servers I was asking questions about tasting cookies, special ordering cookies that were seasonal and my answers came back quickly abruptly and with a"NO". it was as though I was being a bother. Poor customer service, the chocolate cookies are good but the ginger cookies for my taste lacked in flavour.
  I've worked in the service industry for many years the first and foremost negative impact on an owners business is poor customer service.
  The servers looked and acted like they were afraid of the woman who was hovering over them and not doing anything to help the customers.
  I know that there products are in demand due to ingredients used, variety of goods but to compliment this element greatly is having there staff feel comfortable and confident about serving the public.

  Always an amazing treat - really delicious baked goods. So many favourites and well worth the few extra pennies. How bakery food should taste ????

  We've stopped into this bakery a couple times now and have enjoyed each purchase immensely! The coconut cream tarts and sourdough loaves are amazing.
