I have a motor home on a Freightliner chassis, I took this unit into First Truck Centre in Surrey for a service and a recall inspection as per a notice I received from Freightliner. The service went as planned, however, when I returned to pick up my unit, I discovered from their staff that they had not in fact performed the inspection as requested due to a lack time. Needless to say, I was very disappointed to learn this information as I was planing a trip away with my unit and this inspection was related to a safety issue. The service manager had gone for the day so I took the unit home (approx. 60kms. away). The next morning I contacted the Service Manager, Davinder Sahota, and relayed my experience from the day before. Davinder listened to my problem and without hesitation arranged for a transfer service to come out to my residence and pick-up my motor home and drive it out to the dealership, performed the inspection and then arranged for the transfer service provider to once again pick the unit up and return it to my residence. In addition, somewhere between the time I dropped the motor home at the dealership and my returning home, the center cap on one of my front wheels had gone missing, again without hesitation, Davinder replaced that cap for me at no charge. I have to say, in this day and age to find people like Davinder and companies like First Truck Centre willing to go that extra mile is indeed a rarity and very much appreciated by my wife and I. Thanks again for your very professional way of handling my situation, well done!

Had a problem with the body shop but am pleased to report it was all taken care of.
We had work done at the repair shop and could not ask for better service.
Seriously First Truck Centre needs to open another location in delta or some other city that is closer for people living in burnaby/new west it sucks to drive all the way to port kells to just pick up parts ,all major dealerships in bc have 2 locations , i hope you guys in the future add another location.
Had a great conversation with the service manager about my uncles truck. He answered all my questions in a professional manner. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Devinder great customer service
