I've bin coming here for a year to see Dr.Philips and it's all bin positive .Great Dr.and staff.????????

Every time I have come here I am seen within 10 min. I have a GP here but I see whoever is available. The staff are always friendly and efficient.

I was ill on a Sunday morning so I ended up going to this clinic which opens at 8:30am and is close to my home. I got there at 8:20 and there were already 5 people ahead of me. I was told the wait would be 40 minutes but it ended up being 1 hr 20 min. The clinic itself has a spacious, bright and clean waiting room and bathroom. The receptionist is very polite and caring. I saw Dr. Rattan that day and she is very thorough and knowledgeable. The long wait times are due to the fact that she spends a lot of time with each patient. I recommend this clinic if you really need to see a doctor and don't mind waiting. I also found out that they accept appointments from their regular patients in the walk in clinic. So if they come in, you get bumped. This is why my original wait time was increased by 40 minutes. 2 regular patients came in that morning and bumped me down the queue.
