Was staying here for work and it was an amazing hotel. Clean and quiet. The staff was more than willing to help out, and was very polite. Very close to transportation and a short drive from the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Can’t wait for my next trip out West!

Staff was friendly and gave great recommendations for good restaurants close by. Rooms were clean and spacious. The continental breakfast had decent choices, there was always something hot like eggs, sausages and omelets. Good selection of yogurts, cereals and bread items. The pool was nice and the sauna was a nice bonus. Parking was plentiful, even during Christmas time. Rooms were quiet and didn't hear a lot of noise from the busy road which was nice. Can be hard to get into as it's off a very busy street.

Great staff. They were very professional and helpful. We had reserved a room on the second floor but once we arrived at the front desk the staff offered a room closer to the exit as we had a newborn with us. This was a great help to us because of all the extra baggage we had with the baby. I will definitely be suggesting the hotel to my coworkers and friends if they need to stay in Surrey.
