Dropped in for yoga this morning. Early Sunday Hatha Yoga. Really nice welcoming studio with an excellent teacher. I've been a practitioner for 4 years,. Visiting in Vancouver thought I'd try a couple studios.
Janine did a nice job of leading the class and guiding us thru each pose. She gave adjustments and alternatives to make poses more or less challenging. The class started with a breathing exercise (Breath of Fire), and she did a nice job of reweaving that exercise throughout the class.
Really nice way to start a beautiful day in Vancouver, BC.
Every week I try to catch at least 2 or 3 yoga classes at Inner Glow. And every time, I go home feeling relaxed, stretched out and just a little bit taller! I am gaining strength in my body, my mind and my spirit! Namaste Janine!
