It's okay, better fruit stands in town with better selection

I am new to Surrey and a friend suggested Mary's Garden. The produce was fine, but they refused to sell me half a cabbage. I have never been anywhere where they wouldn't cut a cabbage in half, so I was quite shocked. I won't be in a hurry to return.

I go to this outdoor market every week for there fresh produce, fruit. Quality is wonderful, with friendly staff. I wish they were open all year long.

If only this place could be open all year though I suppose it would defeat their intention to provide fresh, local produce.

I am consistently impressed with the variety, quality and price of the produce from here. The seasonal items are simply fantastic and when August/September rolls around and the corn and pattypans show up it's a beautiful thing.

It has never been too busy there so I will often grab canned goods and meats at a bigger supermarket and then take a quick trip to Mary's. I almost always end up with all the produce I need within a quick 20 minute trip.
