Can you "feel the love"! I sure did when I needed a crown on a tooth. Dr. Lao ensured that there was no pain. She was also very cautious to ensure that the tooth had no other issue (i.e. broken) prior to the crown. The care in her office from all of the staff makes me feel like I am their most important client. I think that is their "status quo". Thanks Dr. Lao and staff for your kindness over the years!

Over the years D. Lao has looked after the dental needs of myself, my wife and family. If there was a 10 rating she would get it. She is always concerned not to cause any pain when involved in a dental procedure. As well, Mandy, the dental assistant, does an excellent and efficient job opf cleaning my teeth. Thumbs up -way up!!!. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lao has been my family dentist for 11 years now and not once have I ever felt disappointed with her service. Not only does both her and her team provide the best service in terms of keeping your oral hygiene in the best condition possible, but they also go above and beyond by building such a genuine relationship with their patients. I feel not a single worry coming to my appointments because I've always been greeted with such a warm welcome and it's definitely made my experience here more enjoyable. The aura of the place is always filled with so much laughter and genuine conversations, however, when it's time to get down to business, Dr. Lao and her entire staff excel at what they do. From my regular cleanings to getting my braces, I've always felt very well taken care of due to the professionalism of everyone who works here. In addition, her receptionists do an incredible job getting in touch with their patients when they're due for a visit which i appreciate very much since sometimes we all get caught up with our daily lives and having this reminder is very helpful.

Dr. Lao and her team has made me fall in love with my smile and I want to say a huge thanks to both her and her team for giving me my confidence back. I highly recommend getting your services done by these incredible people for the best dental service. They will surely make you feel like family!

She's our family dentist since 2002. Not once did we encounter any issues with her or her staff. Everyone in their office is super friendly especially with the kids. They know how to treat you well individually. Client service is way overboard and earned my respect. If you want a dentist who will treat you like a family and you could treasure as one of yours too, look no further. Your dental health is definitely safe with them.????
