(July 27, 2018, 10:48 pm)My two boys (5 and 8) just signed up and I couldn't be more excited. My oldest has ADHD and is very sensitive and had a hard time the first try there but the staff went above and beyond to work with him and try and find something that was the best fit for him. Yesterday was day 2 and it was AWESOME!! I love the staff and am so so so excited to be starting this with my boys.

(May 24, 2018, 5:45 pm)Our family just discovered this martial art school and we LOVE it! We had been at a different school for almost a year before coming to Kick It. WOW! What a difference! I wish we’d come to Kick It in the first place! (Yes, that’s a lot of exclamation marks! :)
If you want (for yourselves or your kids) a good workout, to push your limits, to learn awesome moves and kicks, and to have fun doing it, this is the place! Great studios (2 in Surrey), competent instructors, energizing atmosphere. Everyone is approachable and makes you feel right at home. LOVE IT!

They have programs for all levels including toddlers!
Our son has been attending multiple classes per week, starting a few months prior to him starting kindergarten. Immediately his focus and attention span changed. This was perfect prior to starting school. The training has provided an energy outlet for our son with focus on training and commitment, while teaching youth about goal setting. Our son now knows, he needs to pay attention, focus & practice. Kick it makes it fun, while still structured and focused on the kids and each of their development.
Our 5 year old son now has a Goal of achieving Black Belt.
