I wasn’t looking forward to my wisdom tooth extraction. I had a real phobia before having the treatment however the staff were very sympathetic. Dr. Bahi and his assistant explained the procedure thoroughly. Much effort was made to make me feel relaxed and at ease which added a layer of comfort to my overall experience. I was very impressed by the team at New England. I was dealing with a lot of pain from shards of bone working their way out through my gums. I got a referral to Dr. Bahi and they called me the very next day. They were compassionate and fit me in the very next day, and at their closing time!!! They even performed the necessary procedures for me right away instead of scheduling an appointment for another day. Although my jaw will probably feel like it's been hit by a truck the next couple of days, I'm pretty confident that the issues have been addressed and I'll feel much better soon.
