Scotiabank

Was a bit worried to go to this branch after seeing all the bad reviews and already having a bad taste with all of scotiabank. As i have a mortgage with them just recently which was set up in Richmond all wrong. I came to this branch with an appointment with Gurpreet kaur to fix my account. She was very nice and helpful. She properly set up our account so we can finally see whats been happening on our mortgage. She also got us into a much lower rate and its fixed now. Also changed my branch here because of her and convenience. Thank u so much
Not sure what all the bad reviews are on this branch but when we walked in was greeted by the front and told us to take a seat while they contacted Gurpreet. Gurpreet and staff was just great and professional.
