Big enough to let my Husky and Aussie shepherd let loose, good walking path, unfortunately located under powerlines

The paved paths are great for rainy days.

Heaps of room for the dog to run about. Grassy spots for them to explore. People we are friendly there too

I would give it 3.5 if I could but didn't feel it deserved a 4. It's a great park and I like the track to walk around. The down side is the dog poop everywhere from no one picking it up. Theres also a few people who hang out there and smoke cigarettes and joints that dont even have dogs which I think is wierd. But other than that it's a good place for a quick off leash walk.
