I came in for an opinion on some interior moisture on my front windshield. Kelly spotted the problem right away on my Lexus LX470. The windshield had been incorrectly installed by the Lexus dealership of Bellevue. Kelly removed the windshield and noticed that the previous install had resulted in damage to my window frame on both sides which allowed water into my truck. Kelly arranged to have the damage to the window frame repaired by Terry at New Planet Collision at a very reasonable rate (excellent work BTW). Long story short, I would not hesitate to give Kelly my business again. Keep up the stellar customer service.

We had a big crack on our front windshield so I got 3 quotes from different shops. Two bigger name brand shops were quoting way above our deductible, but Suncreek quoted quite a bit lower than our deductible. So I went with them. They did a great clean job in 2 hours even though they said it would take 3 hours! The other shops said it would take 6 hours. The owner runs the shop and has been there for 23 years he said. I had just purchased a vehicle and within 30 minutes of having it I decided to go through a car wash, little did I know it would be a terrifying experience and water would come pouring in! Turns out my windshield wasn’t installed correctly.
