“GOOD: Great Location. My son broke my TV and I bought my TV for half the cost. There is nothing wrong with refurbished. These things are hardware. Refurbished means one part was damaged and they replaced it. Very nice people working there. BAD: My TV remote and adaptor was missing. It took them over 40 days to get them to me. I had to call more than 5 times, gave them my address 3 times and I still had to go back there after all of that because nothing had happened! So I reduced my 5- star to 4”
