(January 26, 2019, 10:24 pm)Excellent help!!! Went from barely walking to medium mobility. This was a last gasp try before going for back surgery. Now I feel that will not be required
But you do have to do the exercises for it to help, but at least they are the correct ones to do.
No other physio of chiropractor was will to try much for my case. -
