Excellent service. I needed to get an injector tested and possibly serviced. They did it right away and spent the time explaining the process, results and options and since it tested fine, didn’t even bother to charge me.

When the injectors that were serviced there ran into some issues, NW stepped up to provide great customer service support offering to make things right and replace all injectors for my air cooled Porsche 911.

As a relatively new service business owner it has become increasingly more and more important to me that the people i surround myself with do as good a job for me as i would do for myself, and, being an understanding sort of gentleman, that they stand behind their work. NW Fuel Injection has done nothing but live up to my expectations.
I elect to use them for all my fuel injection needs despite their location being less convenient than some others because they take care of my needs in their entirety. Gaskets, keys, advice, instructions... They spend the time necessary to explain the approach to solving my problems and then will spend even more time explaining the results of their investigation. It's pretty clear that they intend to do the best job possible for me and take the time to keep me as much in the loop as i ask for. That's what i am paying for.
