(August 18, 2018, 9:26 am)We had lower pressured water issue after City's roadside working. Mr. Clinton visited, checked and replaced main PRV filter with kind explanation why he was doing the job in each step. He finished his job with calling the City. I'd expected he let me call the City after his leaving, but he did himself. From the making appointment to the finish, everything was so smooth and I have no complain. I couldn't compare to other company about the cost though.
