Had a month of free personal training that i won at a planc competition. They truly helped me out in my fitness journey, and they are all such a lovely staff.

Truly an experience that has changed my life. Willing to find the "Right" trainer and not just the one that is available they'll do what ever it takes to help you accomplish your goals.

Innovative Fitness is an excellent high-end gym. They only do one-on-one personal training with very good highly trained trainers. You won't be disappointed... The music can be loud and obnoxious sometimes however. But I deal with it because of the quality of instruction here. I have been rehabbing a severely injured back with their head movement trainer and I can say with confidence that there is not anyone in the Lower Mainland with the knowledge and skill set he has, to take on difficult cases like mine.

Been going to IF white Rock for five months and it is the best gym I have ever been to. Great trainers but more importantly they are better people. Great environment of community and encouragement
