(November 9, 2016, 6:42 pm)Despite having numerous negative encounters with bank staff at other branches, I was thoroughly impressed by an individual at this branch. Sunny Shergill took the "two minutes" I had asked for and listened to the situation I was in. With a simple and common sense approach, he assisted me in completing an important transaction that other staff members were unwilling to entertain since it was within 10 minutes of closing time. It's common sense and a bit of flexibility like Sunny demonstrated that will keep me going back to this bank.
