Ding Sushi Japenese Restaurant

My family had take out from here, for the first time tonight. We were pleasantly surprised as it was delicious and fresh! We ordered Beef Yakisoba, Chicken Yakisoba, some rolls, and a Tempura. Often Tempura is not a safe bet for take out as it gets soggy ( but I had a craving!) So I took a chance, and it was great! Light crispy, still warm, so I just popped it in the oven on a tray for 5 min. and it was delicious????. We will definatley return to this place, and try eating inside as well. I think the lack of stars in the reviews are from the previous owners, not the current owners. Give it a try.

This place has great prices, high quality food and superb service.

A lot of sushi places struggle in a determining area; Miso soup. This place definitely passed that test so +1 star for that. The food was ready quickly and the environment was clean and orderly.

There was a really cool fish tank with anemone, clown fish etc.

It's a shame that all the reviews remain from before the new ownership. This business has had a real upgrade with the new owners - the sushi is delicious, fresh and fast. The service is friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend the seared toro or the spicy tuna roll/cone!
