(May 9, 2019, 5:17 am)Banked here frequently for a few years, and once in a while in the years before that. Staff are fabulous--never once had anyone repeat account details loudly, or not follow up when they said they would. Mortgage rates always need to be checked before you sign, and if you don't like the rate offered, take your business elsewhere. I've had no issues with them for this issue. Not a fan of banks in general, but satisfied with this branch of TD.
