(October 15, 2018, 10:47 pm)Super easy, I'm super convenient for the most part. Unfortunately we left booking the truck until the day before and so we had to go to a location that was further out. The staff there were friendly and helpful though, and even though we said we would return the truck at 5:30, they were open until 8 and it was okay to return it anytime before they're closing, without any extra charge. The truck we had was brand new
