i had a routine fire place servicing scheduled for oct17/20-communication poor between office staff, dispatcher and the technicians; i spoke with office & staff-made 3 requests 4 an approximate time of arrival of tech-i was always told tech would call me back-didn't happen; tech arrived at 5:30pm-told me i was scheduled for between 5 & 6-he was unaware that he should call me; fazid, the tech, was great; courteous-removed shoes without prompting; professional-explained what exactly he'd be doing in my servicing before starting; polite-apologized for arrival time confusion, despite this wasn't his fault & also apologized that his vacuum would be loud; over all, i ill use angels heating again, as the rate is good-i really want fazid to service my fireplace in future
