I had the pleasure to work with Daniel and Ryan. From the gecko, they were super receptive and down to business. They tried to understand my profile, goals and needs. We worked together on finding, purchasing and closing a residential unit. I found the process of working with them extremely smooth, not only they are hard-working, they are easy-going and in reach. During the negotiation, I found that they were listening to my concerns but at the same time offering me great input and looking out for my best interest. They take advantage of their vast network and are always referring to great contractors to take care of the client's needs. Their post-sale experience is great, they made sure my wife and I were happy and well settled. I wouldn’t have asked for a better team to work on my purchase.

Daniel is extremely helpful especially for first time home buyers. He walked me through the whole process, covered all the details regarding paperwork and makes sure to follow up with you on a regular basis. It made everything more comforting knowing someone was helping you every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to message him for those looking for a realtor!

The first half of 2019 was a crazy one for us. We managed to get Ryan and Daniel to work on 3 different properties for us (2 sales and 1 purchase)! A bit of a whirlwind overall, but we had a baby on the way and wanted to consolidate and buy something else to accommodate our growing family.

We actually started off the year with just the one listing with the brothers. To cut a long story short - we were impressed with their work ethic - hence 1 transaction became 3.

They got us awesome photographs (magazine worthy!) to market our listings and made videos to help inject personality and stand out from the crowd - which was all the more important during a time when the market was slow and unpredictable.

Not only were they incredibly hardworking, their enthusiasm and down to earth personalities made it easy for us to convey our 'wishlist' to them. It didn't feel like we had to "work" to get our voices heard - it was all very easy going. They gave us lots of advice and helped us to strategise on the best way to proceed, yet respected our opinions and wishes. This was important to us, as we've worked with agents that can be over pushy or simply very impersonal with little effort (especially when the market was hot). Always updated us with detailed feedback after our open houses/viewings which we really appreciated because it gave us a better insight into the current market.

And when it came to "shopping" for a property, the brothers would do all the research for listings we found of interest (sometimes at very short notice!) to make sure our offer was going to be competitive yet protected our interests.

Overall it was a great experience. Without hesitation, we would trust Ryan and Daniel again with future real estate opportunities!
