“An absolutely great store - clean, neat, bright, spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by plethora of authentically Russian good quality food choices. Not to mention a fantastic customer service. The shopkeeper Elena is such a warm and welcoming person. She radiates niceness and is always ready to help you. Worth noticing that the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone whether Russian or not. Thank you! It’s been a while since I had Russian food on my Canadian table. ??”

“My go-to local store during the pandemic. Staff are super great and hand out free masks. They are constantly wiping down surfaces. And the fresh food selection is great. Saw a few dudes skip the line and mask and walk straight in. Then an elderly man ignoring all signage, without a mask, openly picking his nose. Can’t imagine what it’s like to work there with members of the public who are not considerate of others. But they do it, and with a smile. We appreciate you! ?”

“1/5 for Coffee 4/5 for Muffins. It's just the coffee shop in the Whole Foods so I would not recommend going here unless you're buying groceries.”

“I have ordered dresses from Park & Fifth in the past and had them delivered to me. This time I picked up my order at their store in Vancouver. It is such a lovely store! Finding it wasn’t too much of a challenge...I set the address in my GPS. I was a bit surprised to not see the storefront when my GPS said I had arrived...but I just parked and walked to the place indicated and noticed the sign to buzz P&F to be admitted to the store. Upon buzzing the number and being admitted, I found the lovely store space upstairs...it really is worth visiting...like a garden of lovely colours! Oh, did I mention how much I love my Park and Fifth dresses?”

Some(replica) statues of Xi an soldiers, dragon sculptures, mahjong games, red books, budha statues, jade articles etc. Note that the shop has two doors: one is located in the park. Do check when front door is closed.”

“Ouro Piercing is my new favourite piercing studio. What makes Ouro stand out is their amazing collection of jewelry, attention to detail, and individualized experience. The studio is beautifully designed and quiet so you get plenty of time to make decisions and have all your questions answered. Cher, the jewelry consultant, is very helpful and extremely patient in helping you find what you are looking for. Today I had a double helix/flat done by Thor, who is piercing this month while their main piercer is away. Thor was professional, thorough, and provided a very comfortable experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry for your piercings, go to Ouro! The studio, staff, and overall experience are second to none.”

“Very clean, bright and beautifully decorated gift shop unlike any other in Chinatown. They have a wall full of colourful silk-work pictures and lots of Chinese style jewellery in fine quality. The owner is very nice and helpful, ended up buying two Tibetan Singing Bowls to help my yoga lessons and personal meditation. Totally recommend for visitors to Chinatown. ”

“EXTRAORDINARY CRAFTSMANSHIP & SERVICE! One of Vancouver's leading interior designers, Gregory Van Sickle, recommended WD Western Designers Furnishings to reupholster a cherished sofa and ottoman. He knows how particular I am, and promised that their work would exceed even my highest expectations. Gregory was absolutely right, and from start to finish my experience with Western Designers was truly flawless. This is clearly a company that makes UBER high-level customer service and skilled craftsmanship a huge priority, because every aspect of their service was literally perfect, and their craftsmanship is just extraordinary. My sofa and ottoman, re-upholstered in mohair, with down and feather cushions, look stunning and are even more comfortable than before. It makes me incredibly happy to know that this kind of exceptional "old world" craftsmanship and top-notch service still exists, and is available right here in Vancouver. I very rarely write reviews, but I had to share my thoughts on this great company because their high standards are all too rare nowadays. For anyone who wants something flawlessly reupholstered or beautifully custom-made, this is the place!!”

“Above and beyond customer service. I'm going through a very very stressful international move, and a shipping nightmare. Tino? (I think his name was) was so incredibly helpful! He was so kind, I would have been a lost, crying mess without him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Be prepared to wait in line. Most often it’s busy but the line moves fast. You can choose from one of the prepared combinations of toppings or you can choose your own. The raspberry cheesecake is the most popular but I would recommend the rocky road. Make sure you grab a few napkins if you get it in the cone as it will start melting before you leave the store.”
