Peaceful place to sit and contemplate.
Dusty Greenwell’s rolling green slopes provide a perfect place for taking in the fascinating views of the Second Narrows Bridge, industrial yards, and passing ships. With North Vancouver and the North Shore Mountains rising majestically from Burrard Inlet, this small park is a truly wonderful place to sit and take in some of Vancouver’s most distinctive features.
The park was named for popular community activist and Hastings Community Centre volunteer Dusty Greenwell.
Not the funnest park to play in, but the view is great. Trains, ships, and mountains can be seen from here. Not very many noise interruptions except for the trains. Go here if you want some alone time in the middle of the night.
Great view of the North Shore mountains & the industrial shipping areas of East Vancouver. A very unique viewpoint that you don't often get to see elsewhere.
Nice little park. Thumbs up to Van Parks Board for such a clean park. Located near the Burrard Inlet. My Jack Russell & I always try to stop by for a game of ball.
