  i love the receptionist shes the older one. always so nice to me and my family. some people here probably think that shes yelling on the phone but its because you dont understand that a lot of the patients are elderly and can not physically hear her. its not like shes being mean. Without dr fong and her there will be a lot of seniors who dont speak english including my own parents, they would not know how to explain there sickness to nobody else.

  The receptionist is VERY rude, she seems like she's always yelling at people and a few times, she has hung up on me. Dr. Fong himself is great.

  I never had issues with the receptionist. She is always helpful and always tries her best to accommodate people even when I come in without appointment. Of course I have to wait, what do you expect coming in without appointment?
  
  I understand sometimes she is super busy and forgets how to respond ‘super politely’ but the point is she gets things done. Keep in mind, she is by herself there doing all the non-doctor’s duties including cleaning up the washroom after every time you, patients, use it. Give her a break.
