Five stars rate for sure! Customer service like you rarely find these days, especially in the city. Super friendly, attentive and caring. Will become my go-to optometrist and I’ll be happy to send more people their way.

Staff at the image optometry Hastings location are very helpful. They helped me pick 2 pairs of glasses and confirmed they would fit me such that the lenses would be thinner, and also gave me good advice on purchasing polarized sunglasses in the future. They’ve always been very helpful and I’ll recommend them to anyone.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my Mom who recently got her eyes checked at Image Optometry. The service was friendly and very professional. They were extremely patient and helpful when it came to choosing the best suited frames for my face shape. They have a great system for trying on frames which came in handy as I tried on over 40 pairs. I would highly recommend this optometry to anyone looking for a great experience. Also, they have great deals – I was able to get 2 pairs of frames for a really good price with progressive lenses.
