The only marine hardware in Vancouver that you can spend hours in it, the staff are very helpful. If you need something special, go talk to David Stein and he will fix you up in no time. Cheers to all the staff there and please keep up the good work.

So thankful to have this store so close to the waterfront- makes it easy to get what I need en route en route, and not far to return if I misjudged what was needed.

Hat’s off to Dave- not only is he an electronics wizard, but even came down to my boat on his own time after hours to troubleshoot my attempt at installing an autopilot and solved it!

Walked around the store and asked questions, talking to a few employees.
Dave is a pleasure to deal with, he's got years of experience boating and will do his best to find the information for you.

I had a VHF unit with a software problem. Noone had a solution including Lowrance.
Thanks to Dave, I was able to connect to a display unit and recover the radio!!! If that's not great customer service, what is? A+
