Excellent service and facility. Adam was an incredible salesperson with a great understanding of the product he sells. Very accommodating and always answering emails in a timely manner. The store is also very clean, spacious and bright.

Bought our Model X here, my husband's dream car even though he's not a "car person". No pressure from sales but they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing team and service has always ranged from good to great. Thank you for making our purchase a pleasurable experience! We will be Tesla customers forever! Next on the list, roadster. Gotta start saving now! Hahaha...

Sales did well selling me my Model X. Once it came to after sales service they're not as good. They often do no reply voice mails or call back within the time they specify. Out of frustration I would have to come to the dealer to get issues looked at. All in all I'm content with them, and not completely satisfied. I feel most other luxury brands dealerships are a bit more professional.

Very modern showroom with friendly, knowledgable sales staff. Outstanding vehicles! I cannot keep a smile off my face when I drive my Model 3! The service folks are also very helpful, mainly (up to now) referring us to 'Tesla approved' suppliers. Since their vehicles are simpler mechanically than fossil fuel-powered vehicles, maintenance is less frequent. Software maintenance IS frequent, but is painlessly, automatically downloaded wherever my Tesla is, so no need to visit!
