“I used to go see Cameron when he worked at Stratosphere downtown - and now that he has relocated to Bambu, I of course had to follow him there! In all my years of different hair colours and difficult requests to my stylists, Cameron has been the only one who has 100% ALWAYS achieved what I set out for. He has an insane talent for colouring hair and he has always done so without damaging my hair. Most recently he was able to achieve a beautiful platinum/white/silver hair on me - which started out as an ombre that a stylist from another salon attempted (never quite achieving what we had discussed). After many many hours spread across a couple days in Cam's chair.. we achieved the colour we both wanted! Cameron doesn't quit until he gets the colour you ask for - unless of course it will mean damaging your hair! (He won't do that :)) ... Over the years he has done amazing darkest browns .. to platinum with teals and pinks! In terms of Bambu - this salon is full of happy TALENTED stylists and the atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly! (Also being located right beside the Vancouver sea wall doesn't hurt either!) I also love that you can just text/call your stylists directly to make your appointment, since they make their own hours! The prices are extremely reasonable for their experience levels.. Oh, and there are often puppies in the salon! Bonuses all around.. :) Highly recommend. ”

“I have gone to Christine several times, she is super friendly and has been able to provide suggestions for my hair color/cut. She also did bridal and bridesmaid hair for my wedding. I had minimal requirements for my own hair, and left it in her hands to do the bridesmaids' hairs - she was really great with the hair. Loved it and definitely would recommend her if you are looking for someone to do bridal hair - she can provide recommendations for those interested in bridal make up as well.”
