The RIGHT Shoe

Despite being crazy busy on the Sunday afternoon we visited, the sales person we were dealing with made sure we had everything we needed to be able to make our purchasing choice. Good advice, the right sizes and he listened to our feedback and brought shoes that responded to our concerns. Excellent experience. Will definitely be back. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and 3 pairsof socks.

I was looking for a pair of running shoes of a particular brand called "on". When I googled the only place that came up on top in Vancouver was "The RIGHT Shoe".

This is a large store on 4th avenue with two rooms. They sell running shoes, sandals, shoes and boots in one room and birkenstocks in the other room.

The store had the running shoes but not in my size. So they ordered one for me and called a me in a couple of week's time. And I got my shoes.

I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. I was happy with the service I got.
