I can't say enough about Yanni and his team! We have been using their services for over 8 years and are extremely satisfied. This is a family business that treats you like family. Communication and satisfaction is top priority; if there's ever an emergency, Yanni is a quick email or phone call away. Service is top notch and we get a bi-weekly visit in person to ensure that everything is running smoothly. I would highly recommend K&D Building Maintenance! Thanks Paul and Yanni. Hcareers

We have held a contract with K&D Building Maintenance since 2015 and have been very impressed with the excellent work they have done for us. Yanni is very personable and is always wanting to ensure they have done the best work possible. His follow ups are regular and he always completes what he says he will in a timely fashion. Our clinic is always very well serviced by K&D and because of that, we highly recommend them.

I'm pleased to write a little bit about K&D Building Maintenance. We are an IT company and we have been working with K&D team since 2008.

Their services includes vacuuming, dusting and cleaning both the kitchen and bathroom area and, to date, we have been very satisfied with their services Paul & Yanni makes it very easy to communicate with them.

We are a busy Physiotherapy clinic in Burnaby with over 6000 square feet of office. K&D has taken care of the maintenance in our office for 9 years now and they have always done a great job. The owners themselves come in to make sure we are happy and everything is been done properly. They are a great company to deal with, you can tell they really care about their clients and making sure all our needs are met. I would highly recommend this company.
