“The moment they take yr clothes,they leave it on the floor. I understand they will dry clean it later, but I paid $30 and I expect them to treat our stuff with care and respect. However, later on I went back to the place and explained the reason why I wasn’t happy in the first place. The owner seems very reasonable and suggests that its because of the Christmas season thats why there are more clothing than usual. Owner also suggests that next time they will leave the items in the bag right away. I didn’t express my feeling in the first place because I wasn’t sure how a dry cleaning place function, but I later on feel unfair. I would like to give them a 5 stars because the owner shows great passion and effort in resolving misunderstandings.”
