  Staff are great. Very welcoming and friendly. Explanation of services very detailed and easy to follow. Very clean storage facility. Oops I left my slurpee cup somewhere. Sorry ladies. Excellent array of boxes and other supplies nicely displayed. Worthy of 5 stars in my humble opinion.

  Of all the storage I went to ... this place is the best. The lady in the front desk was so very helpful and she was very friendly. She knows her job very well. The place is very clean and easy to find.

  We checked out quite a number of storage companies and when we went to Public Storage at Kinross Street we were very impressed.
  The staff are customer service focused and the storage units are newer looking and clean. The hallways leading to the units are bright with a map on the wall which provides clear directions to each storage unit.
  The units have an alarm which is deactivated when you enter the main gate and activated when you exit.
  They have some deals going on right now which makes the cost a bit more reasonable. Still rather costly but in our opinion well worth it.

  Had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in both setting up my space and when I was leaving. They really make sure you know everything you need to know before you sign up. I had no qualms and absolute peace of mind while storing my stuff there. Accessibility is also really convenient to move stuff into and out of the facility. Will store here again in the future!
