  Good wontons. A bit pricey for Chinese food. Pork buns were sweet, not that meaty.

  I ordered a beef curry with rice, even now I still don’t know what I ate.
  It’s a brown paste with beef and a lot of potato in it, smell like soy sauce and miso mix, definitely not a curry, and it’s salty, it need double the rice they provide to finish that “curry”
  
  At first I saw the manu $4.99 soy sauce chicken on rice, with soup and drink, I kind of wonder how can some one offer that meal in such price, so to be save, I ordered $7.99 curry beef , well.....

  This cafe style restaurant has been around for a very long time. People mostly come for the great prices and quick meals. Service is a bit slow since there aren't many waiters. Not a bad spot for a quick eat

  Our family’s favorite dish here are the silverfish and crispy chicken. They’re yummy! The prices are not too expensive too! Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Friends decided to go out for a bite to eat at about 9:00 PM on Tuesday. My suggestion was Denny's (Broadway & Birch) but I was overruled by the majority and ended up at Hoy's Wonton House. This was my first (and probably my last visit) to Hoy's.
