(January 11, 2019, 1:51 am)December 2018 We have renovated both bathrooms and our kitchen complete with fixtures and appliances using the full facilities and talents of the Lowe's staff. Tatiana and Jason in the kitchen design department have been exceptional. The designs were well planned and executed. The renovations thanks to Rosemary in project management and scheduling is extremely accomodating and works hard to keep the customers happy. Wing in plumbing and all staff contributed to make the renovations run smoothly and stress free. We are very pleased with all aspects of the renovations and take great pleasure in recommending their kitchen design staff. Management is very open to discussing any aspect of your concerns about dealing with Lowe's. Great savings on many products and they do meet competitors pricing. Highly recommended. Extremely pleased with the first class quality work done by their trades personnel. We highly recommend Lowe's for your renovations.
CAUTION: if having Labour done by their contractor review all aspects of the quote. As you prepay for the labour and not pay for it after the work has been done the quote covers all aspects possible on the project. There may be some work not required, but the contractor has been paid up front for work not required. Do not sign off until all work is completed. It may prove to be difficult to get the contractor back after they are paid.
