Boiling Point

Had the seafood hotpot and friend had the beef one. Turns out the spicy flavours are really spicy than expected. The staff told us how most people couldn't really finish the spicy dishes. If you ordered it too spicy you could always get more soup added to dilute it. My seafood one wasn't as spicy and the garnishes and chili on the side of the table are really good.

Service is meh, food is good. Not being able to split the bill is an absolutely silly policy. They price for food is very reasonable but be prepared to pay extra for everything. You are require to constantly ask for water (no charge) and they aren't overly attentive so be sure to speak up with your requests.

Food is always good. Staffs are friendly. The price is tiny bit high in my opinion though. If you dine in at lunch time, you can save $1 and a free black/green tea.

I love the food a lot. but every time I’m not happy about the service. That’s the only reason I rate for 3 stars because the service here needs greatly improve. Most things are slow, from seating, food preparation, and the service from servers. Need to remind server to bring water, bring bowls, plates, etc.

Hope the owner could improve it and deliver better service. Thanks!
