We really love that this butcher is in our neighborhood. We have purchased a quarter cow a couple times and love that we can customize the cuts...with lots of support from the staff regarding what we will get with each cut.

Little known secret - you can order t-bones or ribeyes to age for as long as you like. They have a great selection of meats at reasonable prices and even offer some more exotic stuff like ground boar and kangaroo. If you are seeking pork butt for your next round of pulled pork you will find some great cuts here as well.

Great selection of deli and butcher meat products. Their pork sausages are delicious. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pricey but you have to be willing to pay for quality. Very loyal customer base. Worth a visit.
