Since then I have made a purchase on average once a month, and in that time I have never been disappointed. The consistent quality, freshness, and value of these Japanese teas has been second to none. And the diverse selection and wonderful service is what keeps me going back for more!

The team is very knowledgeable and customer service is always friendly and informative. They are also happy to recommend teas to the novice tea enthusiast, and they are patient with any questions. So glad we found this company!

(December 16, 2021, 7:51 pm)I really enjoyed the delicious Gyokuro Yame Gokujyo! Chado TeaHouse was very professional and timely in responding to my queries about Japanese Gyokuro. I also appreciate the sample on Winter Sencha which is equally delicious! Arigatou Gozaimasu Chado Tea House!
