My husband and I had excellent eye exams with follow up appointments and the choice of eyeglass frames were outstanding. We received our new glasses at the time stated.

My husband purchased a pair of eyeglasses and new sunglasses which were carefully fitted both for optimal eyesight and comfort when they were received at the optometry office. I purchased 3 new pairs of eyeglasses and a new pair of sunglasses. And as I have to wear eyeglasses everyday, there are more exciting choices of frames to choose from. Lianne White, the manager, pre-selected several frames that she thought best complimented my face and I did choose some of those.

Superior service & support. The friendly staff found very minor damage to the frames on delivery from the manufacturer. I never would've noticed the damage. They advocated with the manufacturer on their own initiative and secured a damage free replacement for me at no cost. That's how you build long term business relationships & loyal customers.
